Mark Broderick has been an information professional for more than 25 years, primarily covering the payments, banking, and fintech markets. His passion for research started on his first day of college when he got a job in the school’s library; shelving books soon led to a full-time job running the circulation department. After graduation, Mark worked in corporate libraries at American Express, Home Shopping Network, and NFO Research. Mark then joined FIND/SVP, the company that essentially invented the on-demand research business model, where he spent 19-years fulfilling thousands of research requests on credit cards, banking, retail, and e-commerce. Mark launched Panoramic Research in 2016, providing some of the largest global payment companies and banks with business research, competitive intelligence, and advisory services.
